Recipe: Grilled Chicken and Corn Quesadillas

Check out this delicious grilling recipe from the folks at Saber Grills!

Ingredients:

  • Chicken breast
  • Corn-on-the-cobb
  • Cheddar cheese
  • Flour tortillas
Directions:
 
1. Preheat Saber grill to high heat
2. Place corn on the grill, seasoned with a dash of salt and pepper.

3. Place chicken on grill and season with any spices of your choosing (from salt & pepper to taco seasoning, whatever suits your fancy). Grill until cooked through.

4. Place flour tortillas on grill and sprinkle generously with shredded cheddar cheese.

5. As the cheese melts, cut the corn off of the cob and cut the cooked chicken breast into chunks.

6. Sprinkle chicken and corn onto tortilla and top with a second tortilla. Cut into wedges, serve, and enjoy!
